The City of Baytown is working to craft a community-built and consensus-driven Economic Prosperity Roadmap that reflects the views of our community and business partners in order to achieve a more resilient and vibrant Baytown. 

As a member of our community, YOU serve an essential role in this process by providing valuable insights into the current issues, opportunities, needs, and priorities for Baytown; especially as they relate to identifying new programs, policies, incentives and strategies to grow and diversify our local economy! This effort will address entrepreneurship and small business ecosystems, workforce training needs and capacities, housing, as well as placemaking and quality-of-life improvements intended to improve Baytown’s ability to attract and grow new businesses and expand economic opportunities for City residents.
